Very private, with a closed off garden, allocated parking and everything you will need inside to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Kitchen with filtered water (Water2), spray tap and garbage disposal. My home's been lovingly renovated by myself, and I'm happy to make it available for respectful guests. Little Knoll Barn is a rustic, cosy, self catering accommodation, offering a king size bed, towels, guest robes, slippers, also we can provide a travel cot & hi chair if requested. For pets, 2 maximum, we provide a water bowl, dog towel & disposal waste bags. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras.

Master bathroom and second toilet. Parkingy for 2 cars. They are next to our home and well cared for.
