Chalet 5 with en-suite bathroom

Shumba Safari Bush Camp is situated at the base of the Drakensberg mountains, approximately 30 min from Hoedspruit, 45 min from Orpen Gate, and 10 min from the Blyde Dam. This makes it an ideal location for exploring the Kruger to Canyon area. The camp features 3 chalets in a picturesque garden with large trees and a swimming pool. Chalets 1 and 4 each have a private, standalone bathroom adjacent to the chalet, while Chalet 5 includes an en-suite bathroom. This is a hidden gem not to be missed.

Standard Cottage

Masorini Bush Lodge is a self-catering accommodation located in the middle of the bush. But there is also the possibility to have breakfast provided. This is possible for a fee. Furthermore, there are braai facilities available at each chalet. All chalets are equipped with a private bathroom, toilet, king-size bed, outdoor kitchen (including the necessary crockery, cutlery and pans) and have a terrace with a relaxing view of the bush. We also have a swimming pool to cool off in.

Braai Safaris Lodge - Gardenia Chalet

This private chalet has a thatch roof, a lovely walk-in shower and separate bath. The private patio looks out over the bushveld where animals roam freely. The room offers a king-size bed, coffee and tea facilities and a fridge. Outside you will find a private splash pool and braai area

Xikaya 3-Bedroom Bush Lodge

This stylish place to stay is perfect for a family of six or three individual couples. The Bush Lodge is overlooking the golf course. Wild life is roaming the golf course freely i.e. Impala, Hippo's, Crocodiles, Giraffe's, Ostriches, Elephants, Whartog's etc.

The Stables

This two-bedroom chalet is fully equipped for your stay. The main bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two three-quarter beds. The open-plan kitchen and living room have a sofa bed and lead out to a patio with an outdoor dining area.

Family Chalet

This chalet features a balcony with garden, mountain, and river views, a kitchenette with stove, microwave, toaster, fridge, and kitchen supplies, braai facilities, sitting area, fan, Wi-Fi, shower-only bathroom, and towels for a comfortable stay.

Luxury 2-Sleeper Chalets

Each thatched chalet is air-conditioned and contains a king-size bed that can be converted to twin single beds, a seating area, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A bar fridge, tea and coffee station, and Wi-Fi internet access are available.

Unit 2 Geitjie

This beautiful unit called “Geitjie” has a more simple design consisting of a plain headboard and a very unique snake head shower. The room has a King size bed with full bathroom and guests can make use of the communal fully equipped kitchen.
