Beautiful place for recreation surrounded by natural pine forest. Suitable for relaxation and outside activities. Everyone is welcome to stay and enjoy beauty of the nature, fresh air full of the forest fragrance and silence. Comfortable 1-floor house, 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. Heating in winter time - fire place Jotul (wood) and warm floors heated by electricity. Sea (20min walk ~ 1.5km), river 2 km, city centre and pedestrian Jomas street 10km. Place for barbecue and parking, fast WIFI .

The owner rents 4 renovated flats in private house. Three rooms with fully equipped kitchen, small wc & shower. Flat is on the 2nd floor with independent entrance but steep stairs. Free parking, garden of 1600 sq/m., terrace, relax area - rocking chairs, a fireplace, barbecue facilities, trampoline with safety net. The house located 60 m from river Lielupe, 700 m form the beach, 500 m from Dubulti train station, 300 m from bus station. Riga is 35 min by train. Fast internet, wifi and smart TV.

Bright & Cozy apartment 200m to the sea.

Located in a quiet side street with wonderful view of the historic part of the city. There are cafes, popular restaurants and food stores nearby. The main tourists street - Jomas Street - is in 10-15 minutes walking distance , but if you enjoy quieter and healthier holiday, you have at your disposal beautiful pine forest and endless beach line nearby. Free and fast wi-fi, TV, free public parking. Close to main roads and public transportation to/from Riga and city center.

Light & spacious 2-rooms apartment 70m2 (renovated, except kitchen) is 10min drive away from the airport and 15 min drive to the downtown. Living room has a bed-sofa for 2 combined with equipped kitchen. Separate bedroom has a double bed. Balcony is stretched along both rooms and facing the sunset. Secured parking behind a locked gate for 1 car is included. The apartment is on 2nd floor looking on the house, but feels like 3rd floor, when taking the staircase in the house (no elevator)

Very cozy summer guest house in a beautiful, quiet and peaceful place. Only 50 meters from beach and beautiful sea views. Free wi-fi, kitchen, shower, toilet. There is a fireplace, which will warm you on cool evenings. And also a sauna for extra payment in the same building. Near to restaurant and bus stop. Food shop 10 minutes walk. Nearby there are many places for active recreation. Spend great time in nature of Kemeri National Park, Sloka Lake, Kaņiera lake, forest and neighborhood.

TV has already installed Netflix for guests to enjoy movie night after sight seeing or doing business in Riga. Trams, buses, leave in 5-10min walk, Old town can be reached by foot.

FREE! One time visit for 2 people to Jūrmala SPA, 50m from the house! Family get away or a place just for You. With the conveniant location You will be able to reach Jomas iela in 1 minute or refresh Your self at the beach which is 3 minutes away. However the beautiful location doesn’t mean You have to go somewhere as the house has a barbecue zone and everything to have a great time! The house is fully equiped with all the items to move in and start living immediately.

Modern comfort apartment 500 m from the sea 🌊

Modern well kept 2-room apartment (46sqm). Stores, market and a bus stop in 5 min walk distance. Windows are facing a parking lot and a children' playground right in front of the house. The sea and the beach are in 5-7 min walk. If you like calm and and uncrowded beaches, stay here :) If you want some action, you can always go to Majori where lots of people and entertainment (15 min drive)
