Our apartment is a bright and airy living space on the ninth floor of the Palladio Apartment building. The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Trams are just outside the front door, Marvel Stadium just across the road, Southern Cross Train station is a 10 minute walk, ferries are a 5 minute walk and Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre is 25 mins walk or 3 tram stops away. Nearby is District Docklands offering a range of cafes, kids activities and Hoyts Cinema.

Our apartment is about 100 sq.m. has 2.5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a study, we have a queen bed in the master bedroom, a single bed in the study. The other bedroom has a queen bed. In addition, we have a bay window bed in the living room. Our apartment is located in Melbourne's free tram zone. The Southern Cross train station is a few minutes walk away. There is also a shuttle bus to the airport. One free parking space available. Vehicles cannot exceed 2m.
