Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.

The pool is heated to 85°F from April through October and is closed during the rest of the year. The hot tub is fully heated between 6pm - 6am.

River's Bend Cottage-Scenic River & Mountain Views

We have been using Airbnb for years, and are now super excited to begin our journey as hosts! This is a lovely cottage home with great views of Snohomish river and Cascade mountains. Access to the river is a short 3 block walk, where walking trails are plenty. You will find yourself a couple of minutes from either downtown Everett, or downtown Snohomish. Take in the many cute eateries, and antique shops, and water front views that both of these cities have to offer!

Relax with the whole family at this Everett home in a peaceful neighborhood. Enjoy local restaurants and sights nearby. Pets are welcome but can’t stay on sofa/beds and small family gatherings are welcome at no extra cost if kept under control with no more than 10 people.
