Green Gables Lakehouse

Inspired by Anne of Green Gables and beautifully remodeled by Beach & Blvd, this 1915 lakehouse will bring a wonderful sense of serenity to your next escape. This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

Cedar Hollow - Sauna/Cold Plunge + Hot Tub

Nestled in the mossy covered forest of the Cascade Mountains, the home offers you a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. You can unwind in the barrel sauna, take a dip in the cold plunge, or soak in the hot tub while being surrounded by nature. Escape to this private sanctuary, a hidden gem on the shores of a pristine lake. The cabin offers 2-bedrooms, plus additional sleeping in the 24ft yurt (unheated) and twin trundle beds upstairs. Living room with wall of glass doors opens to spacious deck. Cozy up by the gas fireplace or unwind in front of the TV. Kitchen provides space to cook and room for 6 to gather. In the open-air loft, you'll find a queen bed, walk-in closet, and 3/4 bath with tub. Park-like yard features dock and firepit.

Rainier, and quaint farms. Walk to Deer Lagoon to observe the over 170 species of birds taking up residence.

Contemporary Poolside Paradise w/ Hot Tub

Our beautiful home features a backyard oasis with a pool—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Inside, you’ll find a modern design with spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms for a seamless stay. Conveniently located near local attractions, dining, and shopping, it offers both comfort and accessibility. The pool is heated to 85°F from April through October and is closed during the rest of the year. The hot tub is fully heated between 6pm - 6am.

The A-Frame - Luxurious Cabin w/ Sauna on 80 acres

When we began construction of the A Frame we aimed to curate a luxury escape where you can transcend the monotony of the day to day. This fully custom A frame cabin was hand crafted from salvaged old growth timbers and hand milled lumber. Built to the highest quality and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. We made sure to include high end luxury finishes throughout to make for a completely unique stay in our private 80 acre forest. @frommtimbercompany

River's Bend Cottage-Scenic River & Mountain Views

We have been using Airbnb for years, and are now super excited to begin our journey as hosts! This is a lovely cottage home with great views of Snohomish river and Cascade mountains. Access to the river is a short 3 block walk, where walking trails are plenty. You will find yourself a couple of minutes from either downtown Everett, or downtown Snohomish. Take in the many cute eateries, and antique shops, and water front views that both of these cities have to offer!
