Por las tardes, los vecinos sacan sus mecedoras afuera de sus casas para "butaquear" y conversar con sus familias y amigos. La calle es muy tranquila de día y de noche. La casa está ubicada en el casco colonial a cuatro cuadras del parque central y de La Calzada, la calle peatonal de bares y restaurantes.

It has been designed as your "home away from home" with complete kitchen, private bath, living and dining areas. The tranquil enviroment is home to countless migrating and indigenous birds. Luxury Waterfront @ Laguna de Apoyo

Waterfront property located at Laguna de Apoyo. Relax in the infinity pool or take a swim in the lake where you will find hot thermals nearby. 2 kayaks & 24 hour security. High speed wireless network and cable TV. Separate A/C units are in each bedroom. Due to extremly high cost of electricity, the price includes A/C from 10pm to 7am. Additional A/C service is $20/day. There is a casita also located on the property that is occupied at times with shared driveway access.
