It includes living room, kitchen, full bath, upstairs sleeping nook and camping on 20 acres of privacy. This studio is on the lower level of our home with a private entrance and driveway. It is the only space on this level. It has a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette and an expansive private covered porch with bed swing and two seating areas. Guests staying 2 nights or more will receive a thank you gift.
