We’re excited to share our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, set on a private plot with its own lake, perfect for nature lovers and those looking for a unique getaway. One of the highlights of staying here is the wildlife—you’ll often see zebras, ostriches, and springboks roaming freely. Inside, the home features a spacious open lounge and living area, The kitchen can be closed off, perfect if you’re wanting a private chef. Make sure to enjoy our venue bar and swimming pool, where you can unwind.

The Cave Villa is a unique retreat carved into the side of a mountain, blending the raw beauty of nature with modern comfort. Its stone-carved walls and arched ceilings create a feeling of timelessness, echoing ancient architecture. Bedrooms are built into alcoves of the rock, offering privacy and tranquility, while spa-style bathrooms use natural stone and running water to enhance the sense of harmony with nature. The Cave Villa is an immersive experience in living with nature.

Scenic&Serene Blue Swallow Lodge

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and scenic place to stay. You will wake up to lovely views; lake, mountains, birds, diverse flora and fauna. The lodge is located on the same property (walking distance away) as the iconic Troutbeck resort. 6 adults plus 2 children below the age of 12 can be accommodated. A number of fun activities for the whole family available in and around the property (at an extra cost) eg horse riding, canoeing, fishing, mountain hiking etc

KHH Stone Cottage at John Galt Village Main Gate

The lovely stone cottage has a stream nearby and amazing views. There is a barbaque/braai area. We use solar power only for lighting and sockets and gas for the hob and oven. This does not support microwave, or element based gadgets. Please book this if you're truly looking for a peaceful time to unwind and are a nature sort of person happy with antique type furnishings as in the photos. WiFi can be erratic due to mountain terrain.

Coates Cottage is just 1km away from the worlds view .All our bathrooms have got heated floors. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering. The cottage offers great views of Connemara dam. We provide daily housekeeping .
