For groups 10 and less rent the main house only - see listing "Classic Lakeside Home" as this will reduce the cleaning fee. This listing provides for groups larger than 10 to expand into the guest house that sleeps up to 6. Total number of guests (including all children and infants) is 16.

The updated cabin is complete with all new appliances, beds and furniture. *Note that the maximum number of guests on the property is 4 due to strict covenants with the neighbors. Also, guests are not permitted to bring or park power boats on the dock/property due to insurance.
