À 1h au sud d'Agadir, la villa possède sa piscine privative et fait partie d'une résidence sécurisé de 9 villas attenantes à l'hôtel Ksar Massa qui propose petit-déjeuner, demi-pension ou pension complète avec service à domicile. L'hôtel dispose aussi d'un Spa, d'un restaurant, d'un bar. Accès privé à la plage, balades en chameaux ou à cheval, surf, pêche et de nombreuses activités.

L’endroit idéal pour se détendre et se déconnecter du bruit et stress de la ville, profiter des balades sur la plage et contempler le coucher du soleil depuis la terrasse. Très confortable, décoré et entretenu avec soin pour un séjour exceptionnel au dessus de l'océan, proche des nombreux cafés et restaurants longeant la plage et à 2 pas des écoles de surf, au coeur de ce village berbère convivial mêlant pêcheurs, commerçants, surfeurs du monde entier.

Im oberen Stockwerk befinden sich 2 Apartments mit Duschbad und Terrassen, im unteren Stockwerk Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Zwei Terrassen mit Garten münden auf den glatten Felsen. Zum hauseigenen Strand sind es nur 3 Gehminuten. Je nach Wellengang kann man auch direkt vorm Haus ins Wasser springen.
