Our home in Nature! Post & beam house w/ cabin-like, rustic feel, made of pines milled from forest behind house. Piano for songwriters. Borders state forest w/ trails waterfalls, creeks, caves, old growth forest, lookout at summit, 5000 acres of Mt. Toby... Lots of sugar maples - prime location for leaf peeping. Mon/Tues blocked for cleaning, but message if you want a week stay! 5-10 min to Montague Bookmill, Mt Sugarloaf, Historic Deerfield, 15-25 min to Amherst, Northampton, Greenfield.

This cabin is full of comforts, convenience, and love. Just miles from Horseneck Beach. It is located under a mile to Buzzards Bay Brewery and Westport Rivers Winery and a 5 minute walk to the quiet little neighborhoods private beach on the East Branch of the Westport River. Koselig embodies feelings of family, friends, warmth, love, coziness, contentment, and comfort. We have a custom area and house guide at the Cabin with everything you need to know to maximize your experience in the area!

Just Be Cabin

Small, rustic cabin in the woods behind our home. The cabin has electricity, but no running water. Drinking and cooking water are provided from a hand pumped container. The cabin is a beautiful place to slow down, connect to nature and one's self. If you love to camp, you will love the cabin. It is the perfect locale for a personal retreat. We are happy to arrange a yoga class at our home studio as well. It is like a tree house, where all are welcome to come, simplify life and just be.

Escape to our fully renovated tiny pond house on the serene Mirror Pond. Perfect for up to 4 guests, enjoy swimming, kayaking, or floating on tubes. Unwind by the fire pit, barbecue on the deck, or cozy up by the fireplace (our apologize but it is currently not working) with board games on cooler days. Our incredible 4-bedroom home is situated on 2 beautiful secluded acres in picture perfect Monterey - the quintessential Berkshire County getaway, with modern kitchen, screened porch, 2 fireplaces a fabulous outdoor hot tub and a beautiful brook on the property. Enjoy hiking the Appalachian Trail in nearby Beartown State Forest or kayaking and swimming in the incomparable Lake Garfield. We are a quick ride to Ski Butternut, Catamount, Tanglewood, Lenox and Great Barrington.

Our newly and completely renovated cottage features two bedrooms with comfy queen size beds, a loft with two full size beds, cathedral ceilings, a year-round six person hot tub and a large working kitchen stocked with everything you need. The living space is bright and airy. WiFi in the cottage is over 500 mbps, making it ideal for longer stays. The spectacular lake is just a three-minute walk from the cottage.

Winter retreat with scenic views in the Berkshires

The Beaver Dam is a sunlight-filled & recently renovated cabin tucked in the woods, overlooking the October Mountain State Park and steps away from Basin Pond. We are located close to a number of excellent ski slopes. Our cottage is the last house on a private road and right next to protected forest. You can't ask for more privacy, peace and quiet than you'll find at our little piece of paradise on the pond!
