Yachtman’s is within the Dutch fort ,at the end of a narrow street overlooking the Indian Ocean, unspoilt by the times. it's built with the idea of blending inside-out, with minimal internal walls , open spaces overlooking the ocean. If you are after the authenticity of a typical beach community, this is one place you must consider.Unspoilt by the mass tourism, you are 10-15 minutes ride from the busy beaches of Mirissa but once you get inside the Fort, it is a true Sri Lankan feel and vibe.

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

Villa Nilwella is located 5 minutes away from Hiriketiya beach and across the road from Nilwella Beach. A Colonial Style Bungalow first built in 1856, which was renovated in the early 2000's by local and Danish Architects, sits on a lavish naturally landscaped garden with modern utilities. An ideal place for a weekend getaway for groups or families or even individual guests . Fully air conditioned rooms are furnished with period furniture.
