Located close to provincial park, tennis courts, play structures, boat launch, public beach and downtown/boardwalk is within an easy biking distance.

Beautifully decorated featuring knotty pine interior with vaulted ceilings, updated kitchen & granite counters. 4 season sunroom features spacious dining area for family dinners. Exterior has a wraparound deck, outdoor seating, a fire pit, hot tub and play structure. 15 min walk to the beach. 1.5 blocks to pier overlooking the shores of Lake Winnipeg. Close to the town of Winnipeg Beach with several restaurants and stores.
