Lake side log house - comfort surrounded by nature

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annexet) Ved bastu

Brattland bike/ski lodge ligger naturskönt ovan E14, ca 8 km från Åre by. Bilparkering finns vid husen. Med bil tar det tio minuter till byn. Vill man åka buss, tar man sig ner till hållplatsen vid E14. Det går bra att ta med sig skidor eller bräda på bussen. Förutom skidåkning och cykling kan man vandra, fiska, åka hundspann, hyra snöskoter och en mängd andra aktiviteter. Man tar sig direkt från huset till vandringsleder och cross country cykling. Located within a 30 minutes drive from Östersunds citylife and pristine wilderness of Oviken Mountains you find Bjärme lined up by forests and open fields. The cabin has a modern Scandinavian feel to it and you can literally enjoy the northern lights during the winters right on your doorstep. Next to the cabin, you'll find a private jacuzzi. For extra peace and relaxation, you can also book the wood-fired sauna — the perfect retreat for unwinding and enjoying tranquility.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende i Västerkälen utanför Krokom. Huset ligger ute på landet utan grannar, förutom boningshuset. Nära till fjällvärlden, fiske och bärplockning. Ca 1 timme med bil till magisk fjällvärld sommar som vinter, ca 25 min med bil till centrala Östersund med ett stort utbud av restauranger och andra nöjen. Stor och fin bastu finns på gården, vi tar avgift för den som betalas i förskott. Djur tillåtet, dock inte katt pga allergi.

Back to nature? Away from work and the crowd? When you arrive at our home you will enjoy the enormous space and tranquility. At night you will be visited by deer, foxes and moose (if you don't make too much noise) and you will completely relax in the sauna (overlooking the forest) or the jacuzzi. Read a good book? You can do this in front of the fireplace in the easy chair or on the couch watching Netflix. You start an endless walk in the forest behind the house.

Fräscht gästhus på gården med närhet till natur och sjö. 10 km till Östersund, 3,3 km till Birka Folkhögskola, 3,5 km till Eldrimner, 4 km till Torsta gymnasium, 90 km till Åre. Fridfullt naturområde där du kan ta en promenad. Uteplats med markis, grill och solstolar. Bil är bra att ha eftersom det är 3 km till närmaste buss. Parkering finns alldeles utanför huset, uttag för motorvärmare. Elbilsladdare finns mot extra avgift. Städning mot extra avgift.

Stugan paradis med bastu och grillkåta!

Här finner du en charmig stuga i lugn och naturnära miljö. Bastu och grillkåta på altanen med majestätisk utsikt. Ynka 50 meter ner till vattnet. Det finns också ett brett utbud av aktiviteter i området. Stugan har sjöutsikt, fiske, skog, fjällvandring och badmöjligheter runt husknuten. Stugan är mysigt inred med alla bekvämligheter ni kan tänkas behöva. Det finns en eldstad som gör stugan om möjligt ännu mysigare. Wifi finns.
