Just 30 steps to the white sand beach and warm Pacific from both the private garden lania and front door! This truly is a magical spot. Newly remodeled and updated with all the amenities (everything is brand new). You'll enjoy luxury accommodations at a fraction of what you would pay elsewhere. Maalaea Bay is perfectly located and central to the entire island so it's easy to get out and explore... Watch the sunrise from high atop the clouds at the 10,000 ft. summit of Haleakala Volcano (about 45 minutes to the summit). Shop the luxury stores of Wailea (about 20 minutes away). If it is snorkeling, fishing or whale watching that interests you, just walk 5 minutes to Maalaea Harbor and jump on one the many different boat tours leaving throughout the day. Napili Shores is a stunning, beautifully maintained, ocean front resort that offers 2 pools, hot tub, an onsite surf and snorkel rental shop, 2 restaurants, and is steps away from both Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay. The unit is located on the 2nd floor with privacy and an ocean view, with a king size bed, 55" TV, and a full size, fully equipped kitchen. The unit also includes Tommy Bahama beach chairs for guests use.

Welcome to my Oceanfront studio which is literally 25 ft to the water. Wake up to an ocean view, take it all in from the spacious lanai, and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean every night. New 55-inch Smart TV, which works with/ Apple AirPlay and Netflix. The dishwasher was replaced. Located on the 2nd floor at Pohailani Maui on West Maui shores, easy access to beaches, restaurants, shopping, and golfing. Our condo is located in the Hotel zone, and won't be affected by recent legislation.
