Smaller private cottage located in a park like setting on the water. Ideal for a couple's get-away. This is a one room 16'X20' studio apartment which includes a separate bathroom and two sleeper sofas that pull out into double sized beds and double mattresses for comfort. The entire cottage has been remodeled and features a new kitchen and a new bath. You'll have free use of 2 kayaks and a canoe, along with life preservers and paddles. There are six kayaks shared between 3 cottages.

Cozy Lake House

Located in a quiet neighborhood, this cottage is at the end of the peninsula on the water. Walk up to the top of the hill and watch the boats go by from the bench or at the park on the corner. Enjoy amazing sun and moonrises. Build a fire in the campfire ring while you listen to the waves. View the sunsets from waterfront restaurants. The inside is open and airy. Bedrooms are comfy. Enjoy your stay in a quiet neighborhood just behind the Toledo Botanical Gardens. Almost everything is on the main floor, making it a very comfortable, accessible stay. 4 bedrooms (king-sized bed in master), 2 full bathrooms, 2 separate living areas, and a large yard make it large enough for your entire group to feel at home. *Unfortunately I had to turn off instant booking, please don’t hesitate to request to stay, I pride myself in being very responsive!*
