Entire 2 story home with private entrance overlooking the Maumee river in historic downtown Perrysburg! Just a few minute walk to downtown restaurants and shopping. This cozy getaway has amazing river views, 2 bedrooms with and 2 full baths are located on the second floor. The primary bedroom is lofted..it looks down into the family room.There are no bedrooms on the main floor. First floor laundry.Full eat-in kitchen, laundry room, internet, smart TV, fireplace, and upper and lower decks!

Located in a historical charming town 12 mi. south of Toledo, this 1890’s home provides the perfect guest accommodations for a relaxing get-a-way. A private electronic key entry leads to a second-floor suite with 2 Q-bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom w/ tub/shower, stool and sink. Guests are invited to unwind on the wraparound porch (May-October). Off-street parking is available for one car. Close to I-75, 80/90 and Rt 24. Sleeps 4 (ages 7 and up) and is not handicap accessible due to stairs.

Second floor of a historic home built in the 1800’s. Above a quaint Tea Room. Private entrance, you will be the only guests. Access to Clara J’s Tea Room during operating hours. (Call to make a reservation if you would like Proper Tea Wednesday-Saturday) Walking distance from many shops, restaurants, bars, a movie theater, and our excellent Metropark! There is not a kitchen. There are NO cleaning fees. The exterior is currently being renovated, but this has no impact on your stay. (2024)

Walk to Side Cut Metropark, Maumee River, library, and five churches. Very clean. Less than 9 miles to downtown Toledo. We are unable to accommodate emotional support or service animals.

This little gem sits on 2 acres of beautiful land with mature trees. Our little cottage is only 500 sq. ft. So it’s ideal for 2 people but will accommadate up to 4 (2 kids or 1 adult on futon). We are just 1/4 of a mile away from W.W. Night Nature Preserve for morning or evening walks! We are conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the 75/I80 interchange with several stores and restaurants just 1 exit away! We love our military so ask about our discount after booking!
