Fern Cottage

Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance as well as its own outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit and lots of shade, front entrance has porch with swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets allowed NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving.

Picturesque Pet-Friendly Haven

This charming home offers a serene retreat suitable for singles, couples, or a small family, welcoming pets with open arms. Nestled within a spacious 0.8-acre lot, it features a main bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, & a walk-in closet. The second bedroom is a modern office. The third room serves as a dedicated workout area, boasting a treadmill, exercise bike, hand weights, & a yoga mat. A twin bed was added to this room after photos were taken. A portable playpen is also available.

The Park House

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish three bedroom - two bath house in a quiet neighborhood in West Conway. The Park House is newly renovated and minutes from UCA, Hendrix, and CBC colleges. From a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee/tea to Smart TVs in both living room and master suite, a dedicated work space, full size washer and dryer, and a fenced backyard with a Weber grill, we tried to think of everything to make your stay enjoyable! And were pet friendly!

Cameron's Cabana is located on a 3 acre tract.20 min from anything in Central Arkansas.Moments from I 40. Close to everything best describes this location with a great covered Cabana for outdoor enjoyment. A large field and fishing pond and fire pit area for your enjoyment. Frequently getting to watch families of deer grazing out front.There it's a ring camera approx 100ft down the drive in a tree monitoring 24/7 the driveway and parking area only for all of our security.

FYI: This cabin is very close to I-40. We have white noise provided for light sleepers. THERE IS LOUD HIGHWAY NOISE.

The Dragonfly Treehouse

Cozy Mountain Retreat-The Guest House

Small town feel, quiet neighborhood with great views. Beautiful sunroom to relax in and large living room. Full kitchen, laundry, big living room, and sunroom. Please note that there is a home office on the second floor which is a separate entry and separate from the guest house, and is not included in this rental. Early check in $10 per hour. Late checkout $10, max 1 hour available for monthly discount

Welcome to The Farris House. Our quaint little home is located next to the University of Central Arkansas and less than a mile from Conway Regional Hospital. A central location in the heart of Conway, it won't take long to get anywhere you want to go... Everything in the house has been completely remodeled down to the studs. 1200 sqft. of spacious, comfortable living for your next stay in Conway.

The Backyard Treehouse

Welcome to the Midtown Treehouse. My husband and I built and designed this 350sqft treehouse to be a peaceful retreat for our guests. The property is located behind our primary residence. Although this location is nestled among the trees you are only 2-3min drive from the Heights, where you can enjoy local restaurants and shops.
