Our private tiny home is in a beautiful setting and fully equipped for a getaway, yet close to Knoxville. It includes living room, kitchen, full bath, upstairs sleeping nook and camping on 20 acres of privacy. Relax on the deck overlooking the creek while listening to nature surround you, cozy up by the fire pit, play a game of corn hole, or have a peaceful nap in the hammock. The deck includes a grill and there is a fireplace in the living room. It is the perfect getaway for any season!

This newly renovated barn has a cozy eclectic feel with all modern amenities to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The barn sits on a working horse farm with 14 acres . Nestled on a hill overlooking our family Farm and 30 head of cattle the views and county scenery wont disappoint and with a full fenced in yard the whole family including pets and children can play more safely. The Funky Farmhouse originally built in the 1960s by my Great Grandfather has gotten a complete renovation including city water and a brand new kitchen with lots of appliances. Located minutes from Marinas and trailheads = more time for fun!

The Loft

Rocky Meadows Farm is a beautiful, rural landscape located in Blaine, Tennessee. We are conveniently located off Highway 11, providing easy access to: Downtown Knoxville (25mins) Sevierville (45mins) Cherokee Dam (30 mins) Big Ridge State Park (35 mins) The Loft is an old cattle barn we have renovated to create an amazing rustic getaway. It offers a spacious front porch, a small kitchenett, and a full bathroom with a hot shower!

Valley Bluff Tiny House

Come visit the country! This tiny house is set back in our field on our 55 acre property. This home is surrounded by the country, rodeo horses are kept right next to our property and are a common sight. We also often see, wild turkeys, and deer. There are walking trails on the property as well. The location of this tiny house is excellent, 9 min drive to Norris Lake, or hop on the interstate and be in Sevierville in 45min.

Mountain Glory Cottage

Charming country cottage nestled in the hills of East TN. Beautiful views of House Mountain and Clinch Mountain from the back porch. Convenient to downtown Knoxville / University of Tennessee and the Smoky Mts home of Great Smoky Mountain National Park and Dollywood. Nice, peaceful surroundings where you can relax and recharge. Oh and the sunsets you can take in from the front porch are breathtaking!

The Taliaferro Loft Farm Retreat

Looking for a fun-filled vacation but want to come back to peace & quiet? This is the place! Our barn is situated on 68 beautiful rolling acres. Relax on the porch & enjoy views of the Smoky Mountains and Fort Loudon Lake. Kids can enjoy the playground and the walking trail. Feel free to feed the horses carrots and the sheep apples. New clean barn with a private condo located above the horse stables.
