Base Camp 49 is a purpose built micro resort of four two-bedroom nightly rental homes, sleeping up to 6 guests each. Located on the ski trails in the heart of Mazama and the bank of the Methow River. All cabins enjoy covered patios, propane fire pits, and stunning views. Each casita is tastefully furnished with modern décor making the perfect place to relax and build memories. The individual units are named after the nearby mountains: Goat Peak, Sandy Butte, Flagg Mountain and Lucky Jim Bluff.

Skytop: Breathtaking views and easy walk into town

Whatever the season, Skytop is the ideal base for your Methow Valley adventures. This rustically modern, wheelchair-friendly cottage feels remote, yet downtown Winthrop is a mere quarter-mile away. The new second-story Treehouse Suite (which rents for an additional $100 a night paid directly to the owner) features a gas fireplace and freestanding tub, allowing a second couple or generation to enjoy their privacy while sharing Skytop's kitchen, dining and entertainment space. (Sorry, no pets.)

Our cabin was build in 2018 with traditional cabin feel done in a modern way. Gourmet kitchen, 3 bd, 2 bath, large open common area, dining room, open loft with TV, and foosball table. AC. Dog friendly with approval but pets do require extra cleaning, we ask for a pet fee of $80 per Dog.

Summer activities: biking, hiking, climbing, fishing & river rafting. Winter: 200 km of groomed cross-country ski trails, fat biking, snow shoeing, and heli-skiing. Fall/Spring are our favorite seasons in the valley because it is less crowded and there's plenty to do.

Cascade Cabin is nestled in a beautiful forested community located between Mazama and Winthrop. Our cabin features a modern chef's kitchen, spacious open living and dining area, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. High speed Wifi is available for remote work, or just unplug and enjoy all the valley has to offer. Incredible XC ski and mountain bike trails, epic hiking, rock climbing and more surround us in the Methow Valley. 5 minutes to Mazama Store; 12 minutes to Winthrop.

Mazama Retreat @ Goat Wall: 3 Bedrooms + Huge Loft

Beautiful views of stunning Goat Wall flank this large rural home, and separately rented, attached studio, in the Mazama area of the Methow Valley, a short drive from miles of mountain biking, hiking and Nordic ski trails. You can ski and hike right out your door! North Cascades Nat'l Park is ~45 minutes drive, accessed by Highway 20 in the summer.

Sunny Pines cabin on Fawn Creek

Relaxing and cozy cabin in the middle of the woods has all the comforts of home. Sit by the fire and watch the snow fall after a day skiing or plan your next day's hike while you sit out on the deck listening to the rushing creek. This 3-bedroom cabin has two bathrooms, upstairs and downstairs decks and a river-rock gas fireplace.

Lovely Log Cabin on the River and MVSTA Trail

Our delightful log cabin is perfect for a Methow Valley get-away. We are tucked in a lovely grove of aspens, one minute walk to the Methow River, private sauna, shared hot tub & pool and MVSTA trail (1-2 minute walk/ski). The cabin has two bedrooms + a sleeping loft and a full kitchen.
