Recentemente ristrutturato, è l’ideale per chi ricerca la tranquillità in pieno centro, con una bellissima vista sulle campagne toscane grazie al terrazzo panoramico perfetto per una colazione al sole o un aperitivo speciale. Immerso nella parte storica della città, si raggiungono comodamente a piedi ristoranti tipici, negozi e tutte le bellezze di San Miniato. Grazie alla sua posizione centrale è l'ideale per visitare l'intera Toscana.

La Casina di Andrea a pochi passi dal mare

Bilocale situato nei pressi della pineta a 200 m dal mare. A piano terra con giardino privato 10×6 m adatto a cani o bambini sempre al fresco. Finestre dotate di zanzariere a scorrimento. Camera con letto matrimoniale e letto a castello più divano letto in ampia zona soggiorno. Non abbiamo sistema di condizionamento perché non ce n'è bisogno. Provare per credere! Lungo il corso della Mazzanta situato a circa 500 m dall'abitazione troverete bar, ristoranti, tabacchi e luna park per i più giovani

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

We rent two apartments, one on the upper floor called Balla and one on the ground floor called Modigliani. Tell us which one you prefer. PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED A CAR DURING YOUR STAY.
