We offer a 1.6 acre charming cabin close to Reeds Gap State Park and Bald Eagle State Forest. Bald Eagle has 193,000 acres of public land, hiking trails and fly fishing in Penns Creek. Swimming, beach and kayaking at Poe Valley State Park. Mountain biking and DCNR sport motorcycle trails. 40 minutes to State College, 15 minutes off of Rte 322, Milroy or Reedsville Exit. Relax and rock on the front porch or swing on the swing in the trees. You may enjoy dinner on the deck or in the woods.

Enjoy an open concept newly furnished stream front rental on Penn’s Creek. This is a private country getaway to enjoy the outdoors or just relax. You can bring your kayaks and launch just steps from the house. Stay nice and warm by cozing up to the outside fire pit or enjoy the deck with a glass of wine by the fire table overlooking the water. Welcome to the Cabin at Mitchell Run - designed to bring people together! This versatile space is perfect for a couple or multiple families by sleeping up to 12 in beds and accommodating lengthy stays. The outdoor pavilion and campfire facilitates memory making activities. Although nestled in the foothills of Shade Mountain, this cabin has excellent high speed internet (25mbps). Located outside Beaver Springs, it is 20 min. from Rt. 322 and 25 min. from the Port Royal Speedway.

This renovated cabin is perfect for a weekend getaway. Located on the beautiful Shade Mountain, it is a great spot to relax and unwind. Great for the family. Beds are two double beds, 1 single bed, a futon in our sitting room that sleeps 1 person. The cabin has running water, an indoor bathroom that includes a flush toilet, sink and a shower designed for shorten showers. A modernized kitchen has basic cooking accessories to prepare meals as well a coffee bar.
