Forget your worries in this spacious and serene spot minutes from the West Virginia border. Mountain views surround this 3-bedroom home located in Narrows, Va, a community that brims with small town charm. About 30 miles from Virginia Tech, Concord College, or Radford University. Winterplace, Mountain Lake and Kairos Wilderness area short drive away as well. Giles County is home to 37 miles of the New River, with endless hiking including the Appalachian Trail, and the must-see Cascade Falls.

T's Place

The space is a recently renovated basement studio with a private entrance. There is a parking place for you and a lighted path to the left that leads down to the studio. The studio has a queen bed, a bathroom with tub and shower and a dressing room area that some use for an office. The kitchen has most anything you will need. We live upstairs, so you will hear footsteps and kitchen activity. The yard is huge and fenced- in, perfect for pets. The walk to Lane Stadium is only 15 minutes!

Tiny Home, Sweet and Simple living

With the feel of a modern farmhouse but the tenth of the size you will feel right at home! Our tiny home sits on an acre of land overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains of Southwest VA. Nestled right between downtown Blacksburg (10min) and the New River (10min), there is so much to do and explore. A few miles off Prices Fork, close to gas/groceries yet between VT and RU! Owners operate a local tree business which presides on the property. *Price is for 2 guests. Add Guest $30/night

The Radford Dwelling

You will be centrally located to local attractions within Radford, along with Radford University and Virginia Tech. The Radford Dwelling is one block from the local walking/biking trails that take you through many parts of Radford including Wildwood Park, Bisset Park and down to Radford University. The Radford Dwelling is located on a dead end street with ample parking. Enjoy outdoor seating, an upstairs living room or a downstairs family room while you are visiting.

A charming escape inspired by the Shire. Nestled among rolling hills, this rustic log cabin offers a cozy kitchen and a warm fireplace, perfect for relaxation. Large windows reveal stunning views of nature and wildlife. Enjoy nearby hiking trails, river fishing, and local vineyards. The local animal park and children's museum provide endless entertainment. A private living space that rests in the Virginia mountains just down the road from Blacksburg, Virginia Tech, and the Appalachian Trail. 23 minutes to downtown Blacksburg/An easy 19 minute commute to Virginia Tech/13 minutes: Cascade Falls Trail Head/14 minutes: Mountain Lake Lodge/16 minutes: Pandapas Pond and the Jefferson National Forest/18 minutes: The New River Junction. 50 miles of the Appalachian Trail & 100 square miles of National Forest in Giles County.

Cabin on the Creek

This 1 room cabin with kitchenette (2 top burner, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker) with full bath is set on Toms Creek, fifteen minutes drive from Virginia Tech and the town of Blacksburg. The space itself is private, rustic and charming even though we live just next door. We thank you for no pets, vaping or smoking inside the cabin and we are happy to share that our onsite managers, Ray and Mara, will be handling all inquiries on our behalf.

Our house is really special & unique. We want you to come enjoy the space! HUGE Private one room off the back of the house, complete with living room area, tv, king size bed, large private master bath, ability to set temperature (within range), futon, closet to store clothes or extra people! Kitchenette amenities available, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, toaster oven and George Foreman. If something you need isn't on the list let us know!

Modern Cabin w/ Hot Tub - Romantic Retreat

The Cabin is a luxurious rural escape, with a 3-person hot tub. Located on a permaculture homestead and native plant sanctuary, the space overlooks the garden and is surrounded by forest. Natural/local materials were used throughout (built in 2023). For larger groups, check out the guest house next door (Airbnb: Guest House on Homestead near Floyd/Blacksburg). ~10 miles to Floyd, ~20 miles to Blacksburg, ~35 miles to Roanoke.

Private Studio-near VT, RU, Aquatic Center & I-81

15 minutes to VT, easy access to 460 By-Pass and I-81. Private entrance with keyless entry for self check-in. Studio has lots of natural light, all new appliances, flooring and furniture. Five minutes to shopping and restaurants. Located in quiet neighborhood, near end of Cul-du-sac. LED TV, and Blu-Ray player. Yard can be set up for events (summer time). We are Always glad to meet new friends!

Right in the middle of triangle of Virginia Tech 14min, Radford University 7min and Christiansburg 10min. Close to several restaurants and 2min drive to Walmart and gas stations.
