WELCOME to coastal living in a small, quaint, fishing community located 2 blocks from the Sapelo River. A short walk or golf cart ride to marinas, restaurants, and one of the finest golf courses in the low country. Enjoy the gorgeous view on the "bluff", with mossy oaks and historical landmarks, while dining at one of our world famous seafood restaurants. All of this is within a 40 minute drive to Savannah, located just 9 miles off I-95, exit 67 south or exit 58 traveling north. Pets welcome!

The River House escape

Cozy house that has modern new kitchen and baths and lots of living space. Comfortable beds and great views. Rivers and marsh as far as you can see. Walk down dock and get into your boat. Beautiful covered dock house fully equip with fresh water, lights, electricity and fish cleaning station. New floating dock with water at low tide. House has covered porch with rockers and table for eating or just sitting. Modern public boat ramp 2 miles away and 15 minutes by water. Very private and quiet.

When visiting Darien, Lighthouse Cottage is a great choice. It is walking/bicycling distance from Downtown, Fort King George, Historic square, Harris Neck Wildlife Refuge (Great for wildlife photography) Parks and Waterfront also Restaurants and Shops. This house is a quiet recluse on the marsh and a tidal creek. It faces Sapelo Island and is close to St. Simons, Jekyll, and Savannah. Great for naturalists with a 1.5 acre fresh water pond for exotic birds and wildlife and near to the Harris Neck Wildlife Refuge. We have 2 double kayaks, a canoe, 8 bikes, a hot tub and a sky for stargazing. The well-equipped kitchen opens to the great room with bedrooms on each wing. Pets welcome and plenty of parking.
