Welcome to the Master Kat Studio! This private, modern, and spacious 450 sq/ft space is located right in the heart of Eugene’s historic Whiteaker neighborhood. With four professional food trucks, a natural food store, restaurants, breweries/wineries/distilleries, a pizzeria, and coffee shops, all right outside your door or within a few blocks! Please keep in mind this is a livelier part of town, with night-life and train tracks nearby. Most have no issues but very light sleepers should be aware.

Private 1,000 sq ft 2BR/1BA daylight suite atop historic College Hill. Built into a slope with large above-ground windows for great light. Enjoy a full kitchen, garden, and beautiful valley views right from bed! Hosts live upstairs, but your suite has a fully private entrance. Quiet, safe neighborhood just 5 mins to UO campus & Downtown, and 7 mins to Hayward Field, Autzen Stadium, & Matthew Knight Arena. Easy access to local dining, parks, running paths, and bike trails. No smoking on premises.

You can walk 7 blocks to our charming downtown or jump on the bike path that quickly connects you to the beautiful river trails in Eugene. Dorris Ranch and Mount Pisgah are nearby natural treasures.

NB The entrance to the suite is located at the back of the house down a set of stairs from guest parking.

Minutes from Pre's Trail and endless miles of river bike paths leading to Autzen Stadium, UO Campus, and downtown Springfield and Eugene, this private master bedroom with full bath is awesome. The room has everything you need for a comfortable trip to Eugene/Springfield including a queen bed, full bathroom with soap, shampoo and shower gel, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot water pot, and more. You'll enjoy personal touches including my own personal pottery and photography.

Peaceful, modern &conveniently located guest house

The Little House is a 520 sq ft attached guest house built in 2019. This peaceful space is conveniently located within 1-4 miles of the UofO, Matthew Knight Arena, Hayward Field, Autzen Stadium, Oakway Mall, Riverbend Hospital, the Whit and the Willamette River bike path. The Little House is a great place to stay for a business trip, special event or as a launching point to explore the Willamette valley of Oregon. Please note: Rates vary based on demand and summer/winter rates vary.

Inspiring artist and writer retreat with fab breakfast! Quiet, creative cottage getaway with a private entrance and driveway, minutes to OSU and downtown. Owners on site are quiet/respectful in a connected but separate dwelling. Enjoy baked treats, fresh eggs, organic coffee, yogurt, milk, and a fully stocked kitchen! Smart TV, fast Wifi. Bikes available for nearby river path/town exploration. Not suitable for kids under 12 or pets. Booker must be 25+. We welcome diversity and you!

The Shed in Hayden Bridge

"THE SHED", a private, attached STUDIO with barn-like accents. There's a Kureg coffee machine, MINIMAL kitchenette equipped with dishes, sink, microwave and small fridge (NO cooktop or stove), LARGE KING BED with individual cotton duvet covers lofted over a cool, memory foam mattress. Great high speed WIFI, a 42-inch flat screen TV with LOCAL channels ONLY or you may access your Apple TV account. The back deck overlooks our beautifully landscaped backyard and quaint chicken coup.

College Hill 1-Bedroom Private Apartment

Bright, clean, College Hill 1-bdrm suite with private entrance. Unit has a kitchenette (w/Keurig, toaster oven, microwave, jr. refrigerator and hot plate), bathroom/shower and access to washer & dryer. There is a futon couch that can be made into a double bed for 2 more guests (FWIW it's not as comfortable as a regular bed). WiFi, television (w/Roku) and bluetooth speaker provided for entertainment. Walking distance to restaurants & bars. University is just a few blocks more.

The Boardwalk: Home Comfort and Privacy!

The Boardwalk is Modern Luxury in an older home built in 1942. Private gated entrance along a short boardwalk off covered carport parking. Located in quiet West Eugene neighborhood close to everything. The Food Pantry/Kitchenette with coffee maker (coffee choices) , electric kettle (choices of teas, apple cider & hot chocolate), paper cups, plates & bowls, and paper towels, microwave & small frig. Lots of light, nice & clean, pet friendly with enclosed small yard.

Elegant Master Suite with king size bed, its own private entrance, bath and kitchenette. You must be comfortable going up 3 stairs to enter the suit from the patio. This is the only entrance. Located across from Pine Ridge Golf Course in a quiet & friendly neighborhood, guests will enjoy a country setting with Mountain View’s, yet only approximately 20 minutes by car to downtown Eugene, the University of Oregon, Hayward Field, Matt Knight Arena or Autzen Stadium.
