Charming backyard cottage set in the historic Sanger-Heights neighborhood just 7 minutes from Magnolia by car and blocks from Downtown. Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. The German Schmear Cottage is tucked away on a quiet street in the Mountainview area. It is centrally located (HEB, Target, and Starbucks are right down the road) and only 10-15 minutes from downtown, the Silos, and Baylor. Once a detached garage, this 400 square foot space is now a cozy, modern living space and is on the property of the main German Schmear (fixer upper) house, which is also a vacation rental. Cozy duplex A

The house is right off I35 and in an older Neighborhood but a quiet one. This is a duplex so it shares the parking garage that fits 2 cars or trucks. Baylor and Magnolia are 5min from the house, 10min to the Extraco Event center. 17min to BSR. 5min or less to restaurants (including magnolia table) and grocery store. note- the house floor is uneven due to foundation problems, but otherwise in working condition.
