Brand new self contained waterfront accommodation. Stunning uninterrupted views of Port Albert waterway. Can be booked as 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. Owners reside above. Perfect for a family stay, or more than one couple. Main bedroom has en-suite with easy access shower. You always have the full suite. Unreserved bedrooms will not be accessible. Fish cleaning facilities, boat washdown, ice making, bait fridge with storage area and fire pit. Free EV charging also now installed for guest use.

“Silverwood” Equestrian/Beach/Farm stay

Escape to Silverwood, a serene retreat on 43 acres with private boardwalk access to Ninety Mile Beach. This charming coastal haven is fresh, quirky and full of character. Featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living spaces. Bring your horses—beach access via Jack Smith Lake Reserve, just 500 m from the gate. The salt marsh and abundant birdlife, with no neighbours in sight, enjoy total privacy and the soothing sound of the surf. A truly unique getaway—nothing else like it in the region.

Eagle Bay Views (4 bedrooms)

Located on the silt jetties, the property ends with a sandy beach at Eagle Bay in Lake King. Wake to an abundance of bird life... Pelicans and swans by the water, wrens, rosellas and cockatoos in the bushes. You might see dolphins in the lake, or in the river behind us. We are on the magnificent Gippsland Lakes in the heart of the Victorian Riviera. It is true we get more sun than Mildura! When its raining and bleak in Melbourne, close your eyes and picture winter sun at Eagle Point.

Swan Cove Beachfront

Please note the vehicular ferry is out for maintenance from Nov 10 til Dec 7. During this time we can collect you from the passenger ferry. Wide open spaces, fresh sea air and no crowds. Transport yourself to a 2- storey Hansel and Gretel style cottage in a forest by the water on an island where you can see koalas and wildlife up close in their natural environment. Only 4 hours from Melbourne. We are very sorry pets are not permitted here due to the sensitive nature of the wildlife.

The Beachhouse - Pet Friendly

The Beachhouse is warm and welcoming. It is private and very close to the beach and general store. Pet friendly is a big factor with off leash beach access only a short walk away. We provide bed linen and bath towels, a well stocked pantry, coffee machine and pods to keep you caffeinated. The Beachhouse is easy to clean and maintain, even if you have a dog. A great venue to relax in a beach environment, or as a base to explore the superb walks and scenery of Wilsons Prom.

Our classic holiday house is located directly across from the Inverloch main beach. This quiet and private beach home offers plenty of comfort and space. Equipped with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a modern kitchen and spacious living area. Friends and family can relax and unwind to the sound of the ocean. Luxury pet friendly beach house 250m from the amazing 90 mile beach with Starlink super fast internet. The house has a new kitchen with Miele appliances including an inbuilt coffee machine. 2 new bathrooms, one is outdoors with stone bath under the stars.
