These three bedroom, two bath units include new appliances for all of your living needs. They are very cozy and spacious with approximately 1500 sqft for your family to enjoy! For single families, rent one of our condos while enjoying your stay in Searcy, AR. For larger families or group stays, you're available to rent both sides of the duplex.

2nd floor apt is isolated from the other 3 in the building & has its own 122 sf deck overlooking our beautiful valley & pond. The spacious bedroom has a king sized bed. The full bath includes a stack washer/dryer. The living room has a pull-out couch & a dining table for 4 ppl. There is also a large coffee table & 2 end tables. Just off of the living room is the full kitchen. Both the living room & the bedroom have large flat-screen tv's. The wifi gives access to all streaming channels.

Farm House On the Hill -Entire House

Our Farm House On the Hill is a quite, peaceful house located on our Family Farm. Our location is perfect for cross-country travelers only a few minutes away from the Interstate. It is also conveniently located a short distance from Cabot, Jacksonville & Little Rock. We are a working farm so during your stay you could experience calves being born or hay being baled. We are also pet and livestock friendly. We do have the capabilities to stable or pasture your livestock during your stay.

The Loft

The Loft is a true Arkansas experience. Built-in the hayloft of a 130 year old barn with amazing views of the pond and pasture from the massive party deck that is 15 feet in the air. Just 3 miles from Harding university in the quaint town of Searcy. An amazing lake is only 30 min away in Heber springs.
