My place is ideal for families and friends who want to break away from a hectic life. The house is located 3 km away from the Baltic Sea and offers a fully equipped kitchen (even a bread-making machine!), spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna and ca. 2000 sqm garden with a large fire pit, deck chairs and a gas grill. The surroundings are peaceful and the view of nearby church in the village is just amazing. This is a place for people who want to celebrate their free time with their loved ones.

Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, ein Kanu, ein Ruderboot, ein Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann geangelt werden. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

Die Unterkunft ist eine kleine (~ 35 qm) gemütliche Doppelhaushälfte auf der idyllischen Insel Ummanz, die über Rügen erreichbar ist. Wir empfehlen eine Anreise mit dem Auto. Ein gut erzogener Hund bis Kniehöhe kann mitgebracht werden, bitte vor Buchung mit Angabe der Rasse anfragen. Das Haus befindet sich auf einem liebevoll gestalteten Grundstück mit Grillplatz, Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder und Tieren (Ponys, Ziege, Kaninchen). Die 2. Doppelhaushälfte "Hase" kann ebenfalls gebucht werden.

Erholung garantiert! Wer die Ostsee in der Nähe, sonst die Ruhe eines idyllischen Ortes mit großem Garten genießen möchte, ist hier richtig. Eine Terrasse im OG lädt zum verweilen ein. Abends kann man gemütlich am Feuer sitzen. An kühlen Abenden wärmt ein Kamin. Von hier 25min (Auto) nach Stralsund und Greifswald. Süd-Rügen ist ebenfalls gut zu erreichen. 60 min bis Putbus.
