Dein sonniges Ferienhaus am See - komm mal raus...

Im Frühjahr 2020 haben wir das Grundstück erworben, es hat 5 Ferienhäuser. Dieses hier, die Nummer 7/1, haben wir gerade erst im vorigen Jahr mit sehr viel Liebe komplett renoviert und nun freut es sich auf dich! Das sonnige Ferienhaus liegt etwas erhöht als erstes Haus auf dem Grundstück, fängt die Sonne für dich ein und hält sie (hoffentlich die ganze Zeit ;) ) für dich fest. Das sonnige Ferienhaus hat ein Wohnzimmer, die Küche mit Essplatz, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und das Bad mit Dusche.

Apartament znajduje się na parterze i posiada własne miejsce w hali garażowej. Na terenie kompleksu znajduje się min. piękny plac zabaw, kort tenisowy, restauracja, miejsce do grillowania, basen (dodatkowo płatny) oraz sklep. Unser schönes Apartment ist eine moderne 33qm große Wohnung, in der ihr auch bequem zu dritt übernachten könnt. Kostenloses WLAN, SmartTV und moderne Einbauküche sind vorhanden, falls ihr mal nicht zum Strand, Stadthafen oder in die schöne Innenstadt möchtet. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. 3 Minuten Fahrtzeit mit der Regionalbahn zum Hauptbahnhof 2 Tram-Haltestellen sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit für Lebensmittel befindet sich direkt nebenan.

Child-friendly cottage close to the beach

Cozy cottage in lovely area, close to the beach and super child-friendly house and surroundings! The area does not allow cars except to drop-off luggage, so children can run around and play without worry (parking lot is only 100 m away). The house is newly renovated with a large kitchen, wonderful porch and even an outdoor shower to use after going to the beach only 300 m away. Small grocery store, pizzaria and playground only 200 m away. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING LINEN AND TOWELS.

Eine Oase der Ruhe in Strandnähe Klein Schwansee

Nur fünf Minuten zum Strand ist dies ein herrlicher Ort zum Entspannen. Das Haus ist in Klein Schwansee und ist sehr gemütlich, geräumig und ruhig. Direkt in den Feldern, das letzte Haus der kleinen Straße mit herrlichen Blicken und viel Platz zum Erholen. Mit Schlafmöglichkeiten bis zu 6 Personen in wunderschöner Einrichtung. Durch die Felder sind es 2,5 km zum schönsten Strand in der Lübecker Bucht. Vor dem Haus sind Rehe Hasen und Vögel zu sehen. Im Garten ist viel Platz zur Erholung.
