The condo is in a gated community in the town of Loiza, which is 30 miles east of Old San Juan, and 15 miles west of El Yunque Rain Forest. It is a small town so a rental car is a must. The condo is a 3rd floor walk-up.

There is a walmart supercenter about 10 minutes away and a outlet mall about 10 minutes also!!!
