Miami Beach is just a 25-minute drive away, the Dolphin Mall is a 10-minute drive, and the Florida Keys are a 45-minute drive. Fiu University is just a 5-minute drive away.Our backyard is shared with us,and a beautiful koi pond!

Whether in the area for work or play, you'll be comfy here. We live in a quiet residential area, very centrally located. My place is within walking distance to restaurants and dining, and movie theatres, about 30-45 minutes from the beach, and downtown Miami or Fort Lauderdale. I am close to major highways, FLL, and MIA airports. Great neighborhood! The Studio is cozy and perfect for a couple or small family. I have a playpen, car seat, and an umbrella stroller that you can use upon request.
