Spacious barn with pool ideal for exploring Kent

Nunfield Barn is a beautifully converted barn and one portion of the house is internally separated for our Airbnb guests, with its own entrance, downstairs toilet, kitchen/dining area and living room with doors leading to a private patio. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. There is an above ground pool for use in summer, a front garden shared with us when we are here. There are fields &orchards across the road and we are 15 minute drive to Leeds Castle

Cosy 1 bed countryside cottage, tranquil location

Very spacious 1 bed en-suite cottage with off road parking and a small courtyard area. Formerly an Annex to the main house it is ideally situated for walking/hiking with easy access to the RSPB marshes of Cliffe. Beautiful views of the Kent countryside leading to Cooling Castle Barn, St Helens Church, Cliffe and St James church which inspired Charles Dickens to write Great Expectations where the hero Pip met Magwitch the convict. Easy car access to Historic Rochester Castle and Cathedral.

Countryside Cabin with Private Patio

The Snuggery is a converted outbuilding that has been set up for a cosy stay with a wood burning stove and lots of snuggly wraps to cuddle up in. The open plan interior, high vaulted ceilings and natural oak flooring create an interior which is fun, light and airy. Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. Bring the whole family, friends or colleagues to this lovely fun house. This spacious house was recently refurbished to a very high standard with fairly luxurious fittings and furnishings. There are 4-bedrooms with 2 trendy bathrooms and a water closet. The living area is open-plan with a lounge, an 8-sitter dinner and a modern fitted kitchen. The garden a paved clean and has two units of 6-seater wooden pub benches...a lovely outdoor space for barbecue, entertaining or sun lounging.

A 10 minute walk to Rochester train station with high-speed trains to London in just 36 minutes. This apartment is located on the top floor of our centrally located, historic, family home. You will have the whole of the top floor to yourselves and will share an entrance with the main house.

Inside the cosy accomodation ancient timbers are paired with twists of antique luxuries and modern influences in which to relax and enjoy. Externally, the private pretty cottage garden is complete with patio furniture, pizza oven, bbq perfect for eating alfresco. For cyclists there’s a shed large enough to store the bikes.

Haven Park has an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, climbing wall, high ropes, outdoor cinema, brand new entertainment and activity complex plus a lot more. This recently converted barn is situated on the edge of the North Kent Marshes, with stunning views of the birds and wildlife on the marshes and surrounded by pear orchards to the rear. You’ll enjoy complete privacy, with no surrounding properties and a real sense of peace and tranquillity. The property is located in the middle of a working farm, with our sheep grazing the marshes and a variety of fruit grown in the orchards.
