Fully furnished with A Minisplit Heat Pump/ AC, and Propane "wood stove" well water, and high speed WiFi. Within 30 minutes of Lincoln and 1 hr of Bangor. Both towns have shopping, restaurants,etc.

The cozy camp sleeps 5-6 comfortably with on-site parking for three. The camp is located on ITS 111 trails for snowmobiling and ATVing. A peaceful place for the family. If you're looking for a quiet out of the way place to stay but still close to all the recreation this area has to offer, this is the place. Baxter state park and Katahdin Woods and waters National Monument close by. ATV trails, Snowsled trails and the Penobscot river all within a couple of miles away . Excellent area for hunting, fishing, hiking, boating and all other 4 season outdoor activities. Plenty of parking area for snowmobile, atv and boats trailers.

Each bedroom is quite spacious and has closets with lights and ceiling fans. The "master" has a Roku TV. The living room has 2 leather couches, Roku TV. The camp has Spectrum high speed internet with Netflix already set up on the TVs. The kitchen is quite large and will accommodate a large gathering. Washer & Dryer.

PLEASE READ ALL THE DETAILS OF OUR LISTING. 3rd floor, converted attic "Penthouse" apartment is steps away from Downtown Millinocket and all your outside adventures: fishing, snowmobiling, skiing, white water rafting, biking, etc. Close access to snowmobile trails, 2 minute walk to downtown/Marathon, close to Katahdin and Baxter State Park. Can't promise you will see a rainbow out our window, but on a clear day, when the leaves have fallen off the trees, you can see Katahdin!

The deck of this amazing property sits out over the beautiful waters of South Twin Lake. Spectacular views await you from both the inside and outside of the camp. This very private property consists of the entire peninsula. There is a large dock that is great for fishing, boating and swimming on the opposite side of the peninsula.

Two bedroom second floor apartment! Chalkboard wall, (with art and signatures from guests all over the world since 2018 dont forget to sign the wall) two tv’s (master bedroom and LR) with Netflix, Hulu, + access, and high speed internet! Owner occupied building. Street next to downtown, hiking trails, and snowmobile trails! We are not near a lake, no idea why airbnb did that and can not change it. We are near a river that many take kayaks and canoes out onto.
