Our house is a two-level home with traditional Cycladic architecture, lovingly renovated in 2024. Nestled in the alleys of Chora--the historic and beautiful capital of Serifos island--it’s just a 10-minute walk from the central square, offering easy access to local cafés, restaurants, and shops. Uniquely positioned, the house is both central and secluded, providing a peaceful retreat for those who appreciate quiet, simplicity, and breathtaking views, while still being close to all the action.

On the balkony you can admire the wonderful colours of the skay all day long and especially during the sunset. If you dream of peacufull nights by the see then that's the right place for you. The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

Sea & Sand

Sea & Sand is located in Herronissos, a picturesque coastal settlement at the northernmost point of the island. It consists of two double rooms, with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a WC. It has a yard literally in front of the sea, which makes it an ideal choice for hosting a family with children. In the neighborhood there is a restaurant, a fish tavern, as well as a grocery store for the supply of all the necessary items that will be needed during the stay.

Πρόκειται για μία ιδιαίτερα ευνοϊκή τοποθεσία, καθώς είναι από τα μοναδικά σημεία του νησιού που δεν πιάνουν σχεδόν καθόλου τα μελτέμια. Στην γειτονιά μας υπάρχει ακόμη ένα μόνο σπίτι, που ανήκει σε μία φιλική και ήσυχη οικογένεια με παιδάκια. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν επίσης δύο ταβερνάκια, mini market και αναψυκτήριο.
