Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία καθώς είναι πολύ κοντά στην παραλία, στον εμπορικό δρόμο με τα καταστήματα εστίασης ,καφέ καθώς και σε όλες τις υπηρεσίες του Δήμου.

Famous for its architecture, it is located in the historic center, very close to the city and with the main feature of the neo-Greek architectural mansions hanging over the sea. It's 65sq.m. has two spaces one is 40sqm. with bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area with double sofa bed. The second space has a double bed, wardrobes & a bathroom of 25sqm. The doors lead directly to the courtyard which overlooks the sea. In addition, the yard has a stone-built BBQ and a traditional oven.
