If your looking for a quiet and friendly neighbourhood ,We open our house to all guest who wants the feel of a cottage life in a small hilly town. If your looking for a 5 * feel then this is not the place. The house comes with a bedroom with 2 single beds, extra bed on request ,Small Private bathroom and kitchen. Loud noise won’t be entertained as walls are not sound proof .If looking to enjoy with loud noise please book a resort or a hotel. Outside guest strictly prohibited to visit the house.

The Home Stay

You are at this charming, one-of-a-kind place in the city, spacious, quiet and a little away from the crowd. The Home Stay has 2 queensize beds & 1 comfy sofa cum bed and can easily accomodate 5 people. For a 4 + 3 booking, our guests can book the second property, a studio annexe at The Home Stay and can be accessed through the link - airbnb.com/h/the-home-stay-studio. The pool is a rainwaterharvesting unit and fresh water may not be available/feasible for swimming purposes all the time!

The InTown Inn | Annexe (4 to 6 People)

Located in Shillong, the InTown Homestay is imbibed with old-world Charm and equipped with Modern facilities. The Homestay is conveniently located, with Laitumkhrah (one of Shillong's main hubs) located half a kilometre away. 3 bedrooms (for up to 6 guests) are spacious, with attached bathrooms, 1 Living Space and a kitchen. Rooms have 24hrs water & are fitted with Smart TVs and access to WiFi. A common hall & a kitchen is also available. Parking is available inside the compound.

This apartment is on the Ground Floor for easy access for any differently- abled or elderly guests who aren’t able to climb stairs, two entries are possible- one that has only a few stairs as shown in the pictures and one through the caretaker’s room which would require no stairs i.e., directly from the car park to the apartment. In the middle of Shillong Town and the New Shillong Township. 3 kms to NEIGHRIMS. 5 kms to Laitumkhrah. 8 kms to Police Bazaar. 5 kms to Polo Ground.

Russet Butterfly is a 3 storey tiny house built as a Secondary unit to the main house. It is located 3 km from the city centre. If you enjoy walking, backroads provide for good walks from this place. It’s a quiet space with trees and some flowers. Transport, ATMs cafes bars restaurants, shopping and other amenities are within easy reach. The room has twin beds, a private bathroom and kitchen space and a small balcony to enjoy some fresh breeze
