The Oasis, built in 1957 and has been lovingly restored with modern finishes, including everything you will need for your stay. Our 420sqft 1 bedroom tiny home can host up to 3 guests, includes 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 queen air mattress. The interior of the home features a fully stocked kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Washer and dryer, basic essentials and toiletries, as well as a hidden garden with grill await you. Look no further for your piece of paradise. Be our guest at The Oasis!

The Mermaid Jungle House W/ Private "Heated" Pool

Welcome to The Mermaid Jungle House! We got our inspiration from the Jungle feel of the back yard with all of the Palms and exotic plants, not to mention all of the Mermaid Motif uniquely placed all around the back yard also the in ground pool with the waterfall sets the whole vibe. This house is centrally located in a private gated community, which also has a community pool if you don't like the privacy of your own. You will find that there are endless options of restaurants, shopping, etc.

Casa Cottonwood

Casa Cottonwood is a Charming private guest house set in the quiet neighborhood of June Park. This cozy home away from home is Perfect for anyone looking to explore everything that Florida has to offer! 15 mins from the popular 5th Ave Boardwalk beach 10 min from historic Downtown Melbourne village with boutique stores, craft beers/ food, treats and eclectic art shops. Close to amazing parks, hiking trails, airboat tours, manatee sightseeing & much more! The I-95 on-ramp is 3 mins away

Located in the heart of Historic Melbourne Beach, you are steps away from the Ocean, Indian River Lagoon, shops, restaurants and an easy drive to the attractions of Orlando and all the adventure the Space Coast has to offer. A Bamboo grove beckons you beyond the secure private gate. Enjoy your own peaceful patio after a day of play at the beautiful beach, to relax and lounge, or to dine alfresco. Serene quiet clean bedroom, equipped kitchenette, queen sleeper sofa, and private bathroom.

LILO’s Dream House

Step into this newly renovated house flooded with natural sunlight, featuring 2 bedrooms connected by a full bathroom with tub. Polished terrazzo floors and minimal furnishings embody a modern, minimalist style. Our 5 star reputation is evident with the cleaning throughout. The spacious backyard, though not fully fenced, is equipped with security lights in this safe and tranquil neighborhood. Lilo House provides just a short walking stroll to Melbourne Mall, restaurants and cafes.

Poolside Paradise

Take it easy at this poolside resort getaway. Relax on your very own porch w/2 roll down screens. Enjoy outdoor cabana w/propane fire pit. The gazebo w/grill & tools (in kitchen). You have access to our pool / floats under side table on porch, (we normally don’t use the pool w/guests), towel/clothes hanger, lay on 1 of 3 loungers. Use of outdoor shower. Possibly you can also watch a space launch (weather permitted) coming over the trees looking north, poolside. No kids! No pets!
