Bem-vindo à Quinta do Conde, localizada a 30km de Lisboa, 18km da Praia de Sesimbra e Portinho da Arrábida! Localizada a minutos da Autoestrada para acesso a Lisboa, Estação de Comboios Coina, Shopping, Espaços verdes e fácil acesso ao Campo de Golfe Quinta do Perú. A 2 minutos de carro tem o Supermercado Lidl, entre outros e Farmácia. A 25 minutos de carro, tem Setúbal, com acesso a Tróia por ferry boat, e praias como a da Caparica, Lagoa de Albufeira, Sesimbra e o Farol do Cabo Espichel!

Eclectic Monte Laginha @ Alentejo (Surf&Beach)

Our home is an agricultural cottage renovated into an open plan loft with 3 bedrooms (2 in mezzanine open style/no privacy/no tall people) located in the traditional Alentejo hills and 30min drive from beaches and surf schools of the Vicentina Coast. The village of Cercal is 10 min drive away. We both grew up in the area since babies and therefore we love coming here throughout the year. Having this 'monte' is a refuge for us which we enjoy to connect with nature and the sea.

We have an outdoor swimming pool available, which can be heated for a fee and has to be requested in advance. Fantastic new modern house in the Comporta region located at Brejos da Carregueira de Cima. Very calm and secure area with views to the natural landscape of pines and eucalyptus. Close to the sea shore, Pego, Carvalhal and Brejos beach as well as Comporta village.
