Endless Ionian Breezes at a House on the Island of Ithaca

Lounge on a hillside terrace with sea views as the refreshing sea breeze is flowing all day long. In the evening air carries the scent of jasmine and honeysuckle. A serene atmosphere continues indoors with potted plants, elegant built-in furnishings, and tasteful decor in muted earth tones. Lighting and other details complete the serenity. The house has an airy relaxed ambiance, combining modern architecture with traditional elements. You can enjoy high quality materials, high ceilings, playful light and fine linen. A bluetooth speaker is available to enjoy your favourite music from your computer. Bedrooms have bathrooms en suite. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and espresso coffee machine is provided. A built stone BBQ is available for use. For the colder months, there is a pellet stove along with electric blankets that give it a warm feeling. You have access to our own home grown vegetable garden, according to the season of course. I am available at all times for any assistance required. Though the island of Ithaki is small, it has many hidden treasures. It is my pleasure to help you explore them. Any holiday related services, like rentals or bookings can be arranged upon request. Ithaki island is a quite and rather intimate place with lots of treasures to discover. The house is in the village of Ag. Saranta, a traditional settlement in the northern part, overlooking Afales Bay. The beach nearby with amazing water is 5 min drive away. The village of Stavros, with all amenities, and the fishing village of Frikes are both 1.5 kilometers away. Unfortunately, there is no public transport in Ithaki. Hiring a car is highly advisable Access to Ithaki is via Cephalonia, Patra, Astakos and in the summer months from Lefkas as well.

Alkyoni - Waterfront apt 3 bdrs-exquisite seaview

Newly built sea view apartment(on 1st floor) located in a peaceful area of Karavomilos Kefalonia just 15 meters from the sea. It has three bedrooms, an open-space kitchen, and a big lounge/dining area with a fireplace. The two bedrooms enjoy access to a grand balcony where you can watch the spectacular Seaview across to Ithaca and the mountain of Sami emerging in the crystal clear water where one can swim from early morning until late at night. All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Enjoy privacy with hotel comforts. Kalypso apartament is only 50 m from the sea and 300 m from Melissani lake. The apartment consists of 2 separate rooms. The main bedroom is private and has got 2 single beds which can be made as a double bed-under request. The kitchenette is in the other room. The bathroom is private of course. The balcony overlooks the mount Ainos and the garden with the swim spa. It can perfectly accommodate 2 persons. Ideal position to fully explore Kefalonia's beauties.

Melina's House is located at the picturesque village of Karavomylos. Karavomylos is located at the most central place of Kefalonia making it an ideal place for exploring the whole island. Within walking distance you can find Restaurants, Cafeterias, Bakery, Supermarket and everything that will make your vacations enjoyably and relaxing. Very close to the house are the most famous sightseeing of Kefalonia, Melissani Lake, Antisamos Beach and the very beautiful Agia Efimia village.

The ground-floor Deluxe Double Studio is a 30 sqm open-plan room with a double bed, kitchenette (small fridge, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and kitchenware). Cooking rings are located on the veranda, and pantry items (salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided. Includes A/C, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, TV, and Wi-Fi. The furnished veranda offers stunning sea views. Accommodates up to 2 guests, with a free baby cot available upon request for children up to 2 years old.
