Our little cottage has a so much to offer! The sunsets are stunning! The memories you will take home with you, will last a lifetime. Small but lives large is the best way to describe our beauty! Full kitchen, the bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with a walk in closet that provides plenty of room for your personal belongings. The full size and twin size pull out beds allow you to bring guest along. Need to work? Do it with a view or forget it and take a kayak out on the lake for some R&R.

Melrose Bay on Lake Santa Fe This apartment is newly remodeled. It features new cabinets, new appliances, a private porch and lovely furnishings, WIFI and cable. Downtown Melrose is in walking distance with three restaurants (one is the famous Blue Water Bay), public library, post office, grocery store, dollar store and Ace. Bring your boat and launch at the nearby boat ramp. Lake Santa Fe is a recreational lake with clean spring fed water for swimming, boating, skiing and fishing.

Little Love Shack

This house is TINY but it’s comfortable and fun. By tiny I mean it’s got a lot of 1950’s character squeezed into 690 square feet. The “official” dining table is outside on the patio so if you’re more than 2 people you should plan on spending quality time outside or out and about in Gainesville because the living space is limited. This is a GREAT rental for people who want to explore Gainesville, like being in the heart of 6th Street and prefer old school homes. No cable at this rental.

Washer and dryer are in the unfinished shed attached to the carport. No parking of vehicles, etc. in carport as it is at an incline and can have wash out areas. The small bathroom is located off of the queen bedroom with access only through the bedroom.
