Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Guests have their own entrance to the downstairs Studio and your hosts live on the premises above ( You may hear the occasional footsteps !) Close to the bus and train or a 12 minute walk to the beach. Shared access to a beautiful garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee. An abundance of shops cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Both the Regis Aged Care facility and the Guildhall Wedding venue are a few short minutes away.

Sleep-in lovers note - best suited to "morning types" as not all windows have blinds. No smoking/vaping inside/outside. Shared outdoor washing machine.

The kitchenette hidden away in the cupboard has a small fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and crockery and cutlery. There is also a gas cooker in the outdoor area. Queen size double bed and separate walk in wardrobe area links to the full size bathroom. Perfect for a single person a couple. FREE OFF street parking space too!

Adjoining our solar powered home in leafy Palmyra, the studio is a 10min drive to Fremantle, beaches and river and a short walk to buses and supermarkets. Enjoy a BBQ in your own beautiful private courtyard under the shade of the olive tree. Off-road parking, Netflix, breakfast basics and laundry service all included for free.

Cottage on King

Cottage on King is situated in an historical part of East Fremantle's Plympton Ward. Our home is an original 1905 worker's cottage which has been renovated and extended. The rented space is part of the original cottage with my main residence connected to the back of the rented space. It is situated less than 100 metres from George Street cafe's, bars and restaurants and the Swan River. Close to the beach, public transport and Fremantle.
