1910 cozy Carriage House. This was a true proper carriage house that once, before it was converted, housed a horse and carriage on the first floor. Located just blocks from restaurants, shops, and theaters in Overton Square, the zoo, and Overton Park. Brand new mattress April of 2024!!! LOCALS-This is NOT a space for parties. There is only parking for 2 cars. Guest MUST be listed. Any other cars will be seen by neighbors and our exterior cameras and parties will be shut down immediately

-Private back house and backyard in the University of Memphis neighborhood -Secure driveway parking including inside backyard gate if preferred -Centrally located in sprawling Memphis. 12 minutes from the airport and less than 20 minutes from all of the main sites including Graceland and Beale. -Comfortable queen bed, coffee station, newly renovated bathroom. -Guests who live locally will not be accepted -Early check-in sometimes available upon request, $15 fee for 12:30 PM check-in time.

A unique Guesthouse in the heart of the South Main Historic Arts District of Downtown. This New Orleans style guesthouse has a fabulous covered deck for year-round enjoyment. Part of a 2 building property where owners live in the other building. Located directly on the Main St. Trolley line and within walking distance of The Civil Rights Museum, The Orpheum, Beale Street, FedEx Forum, Amtrak Train Station, all Memphis in May activities and great restaurants/shopping. No local renting.

Cottage on the Park

Come enjoy all midtown has to offer in our newly renovated carriage house apartment directly across the street from Overton Park, the Levitt Shell, the Memphis Zoo and the Brooks Art Museum. This charming apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, private washer dryer, brand new bathroom, and accent wall dividing a comfortable living space from a cozy bedroom. There is on-street parking and stairs to access the cottage. Also, there is no smoking on the property and no parties. Thank you!

Renovated private backhouse in the heart of Memphis' historic Evergreen District. Right next to beautiful Overton Park, the Memphis Zoo, the Brooks Museum, and Overton Shell. Walking distance from and shops of Crosstown Concourse and Overton Square this guesthouse is perfect for a couple or small family. The open space has a large queen-sized bed and a futon which will sleep one adult or two children. Full kitchen and laundry with a beautiful new bath with shower. I love hosting!

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Our cottage, garden and treehouse are a little oasis right in the middle of the city. Within walking distance to Overton Park, you can enjoy the Zoo, the Brooks Museum and the Overton Park Shell in minutes. Restaurants, theaters and shops are also within minutes, with downtown in just a couple of miles. We live in the main house on the other side of the backyard so we’re available if any help is needed.
