Conveniently located adjacent to our home in the Central Gardens Historic District, the carriage house has ~500 sqft of space w/ a comfy KING bed, W/D, kitchenette, large HD TV with premium cable, and free OFF-street parking. 1910 cozy Carriage House. This was a true proper carriage house that once, before it was converted, housed a horse and carriage on the first floor. Located just blocks from restaurants, shops, and theaters in Overton Square, the zoo, and Overton Park. Brand new mattress April of 2024!!! LOCALS-This is NOT a space for parties. There is only parking for 2 cars. Guest MUST be listed. Any other cars will be seen by neighbors and our exterior cameras and parties will be shut down immediately

A unique Guesthouse in the heart of the South Main Historic Arts District of Downtown. This New Orleans style guesthouse has a fabulous covered deck for year-round enjoyment. Part of a 2 building property where owners live in the other building. Located directly on the Main St. Trolley line and within walking distance of The Civil Rights Museum, The Orpheum, Beale Street, FedEx Forum, Amtrak Train Station, all Memphis in May activities and great restaurants/shopping. No local renting.
