Room #2 breakfast by the pond

The queen bed is super comfortable. The room is a spacious 10.5'x13' with a large closet that has been converted into a kitchenette complete with a refrigerator/freezer, Coffee pot, and kettle. Located in the Ridgeway Historic neighborhood. I'm a mile walk to Russian River Brewery. There are over 50 restaurants within a mile. Breakfast is included; homemade granola with homemade yogurt, and coffee or tea. The cleaning fee is to cover 12% local tax, Airbnb doesn't allow me to collect separately.

Hilltop Wine Country

We invite you to come and try one of our quiet, comfortable, antique filled rooms. We think you will enjoy it as much as we do. We are centrally located between Bodega Bay, the town of Sonoma, the Russian River, West Marin (Pt Reyes)and even Napa. Downtown Petaluma is a 13 minute walk(a little more coming back) from our yard. We recommend you do as little or as much as you like during your stay. Welcome!!

Farm Stay Inn-Farmhouse Orchard Room

Orchard room is located upstairs in our rustic farm house. It is one of two rooms in our upstairs suite and can be rented together or separately. There is a king size bed, full bath, flat screen TV, WiFi, and continental breakfast included. If you would like to book both rooms, or need room for more than 4 people, contact us and we will help arrange your stay. Price listed is per night per room.

Jenner Room

This spacious, dog-friendly room is located in the carriage house with a private entrance. Relax in the sitting area, snuggle up by the fireplace, or read at the desk or built-in window bench as you look out over a bright California lemon tree. King Bed Fireplace Dog-friendly Fridge Desk Mini-split AC/Heating Mini fridge Sonoma County bed tax is 12%, collected and paid by Airbnb.

Your guest room has its own private outside entrance, is furnished warmly, with a very comfortable queen size bed, fireplace, large private bathroom.
