Soak up the sun on the balcony overlooking picturesque Henley Beach. The 1940's apartment features high ceilings, loads of natural light, an eclectic mix of antiques, and modern pieces, all creating a relaxed and comfortable beach lifestyle space. A classic 1940’s building- high ceilings, thick walls, sea views from many rooms. Loads of natural light. Huge outdoor balcony overlooking the beach, jetty and Henley Square. People from all backgrounds and walks of life who love the beach come here for the sand and surf. 50 metres to two bus stops. Leave the car here and walk everywhere. We recognize the Kaurna people whose land holds our little cottage. Situated in Aldinga Township Maunder Cottage is a beautiful stone cottage that is self contained. It has one bedroom with Queen size bed. It has a fully renovated bathroom with a deep bath suitable for two people. The walls in the lounge room are made from limestone dug from the property. The building itself used to be the vets. We live in the house adjacent to the cottage. Our home was built in 1842.
