Benvenuti! "Lake View" is a beautiful and spacious modern one bedroom self-contained guesthouse that I have always dreamt of creating since I first found this wonderful location. My property is situated on the shores of Lake Cartcarrong midway between the Great Ocean Road and the Grampians. I speak Italian and French with an Italian accent! There is one horse and one whippet on the property and numerous species of native wildlife. The accommodation is light, private, spacious and comfortable.

Breakwater Villa minutes walk to Beach and more

Enjoy a relaxing stay in Warrnambool’s prime location in this lovely 3 storey, 3 bedroom, 2 lounge rooms, 1.5 bathroom Breakwater villa ( keeping in mind there are stairs). A short walk to the beach, the Deep Blue Day Spas ( natural hot springs) and skatepark. Minutes away from the Lake Pertobe playground/ and bbq’s. Mini golf just a step away. There are some great restaurants not too far away. 20 minute walk to Flagstaff maritime village and another 5 minutes and you are in the city centre.

We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat.

Suited to couples and small families, Parker’s Cottage is located less than a 10-minute drive to Timboon’s fabulous cafes, shops and supermarket. Other attractions include Timboon Fine Ice Cream, Timboon Distillery and Berry World. We provide linen, towels and some basic breakfast and pantry provisions.

It's not uncommon to find a koala dozing in the tree or a kangaroo loose in the top paddock. This building has received national and international recognition for its unique take on small scale design.

"Blue Studio" Great Ocean Road, Nirranda

Surrounded by native vegetation and 5 minutes from the beach, Blue Studio is an oasis on the Great Ocean Road. This 144sq. metre, 2 bedroom, architect designed container house, has a spacious deck providing views to garden, birds, wildlife and rolling plains. This cosy house is on a quiet no-through road, which ends at the cliff top overlooking the Southern Ocean. The back beach offers spectacular views of the Bay of Islands Coastal Park. Iconic beaches are 10mins drive away.

Private seclusion only a few minutes walk from a great shopping centre with all the essentials. It's private location, warm ambiance and complimentary Continental Breakfast with each booking make it the perfect getaway. With a gas fireplace to curl up in front of on cool winter nights and a heated pool to dive into on warm summer days its a dream retreat for couples. We are close to walking tracks and the historic Wollaston Bridge. Pool heated in summer months (Dec-Feb).

Tranquil Countryside Cottage

This cozy one-bedroom cottage is situated on a picturesque hobby farm, 10 minutes from Warrnambool. The self-contained cottage is accessed by a private tree-lined entrance and is surrounded by two and a half acres of well-established trees and gardens. The peaceful property is surrounded by rolling green pastures and guests can enjoy watching the sheep and cows from the front veranda. You may also be lucky enough to spot our resident Koala in his favorite tree in the garden.

The Shed on Ziegler

We invite you to come join us at 'The Shed on Ziegler'. This studio apartment is tucked at the back of our property. Situated in Allansford, we are a stones throw away from the Great Ocean Road, a short 200 metre walk to the local pub and milk bar, close to the Freckled Duck bakery, a quick drive to the Warrnambool Cheese and Butter Factory, just down the road is the Warrnambool Speedway and a short 5-10 minute drive to the Warrnambool CBD.

Located in central Warrnambool with a clear view of the ocean. The freshly renovated and private apartment is 800m from the beach and CBD, 400m to the campgrounds, and 1 block to the timor street bowls club. We are 15-20 minutes walking distance from the train station and the hospital. You will have privacy, your own bathroom, kitchenette, and an outdoor area. Parking is free on the nature strip at the front of our house.

Warrnambool District - The Studio at Heathbrae

The Studio at Heathbrae is situated 1.5 km from the charming Irish village of Koroit. Located halfway between Warrnambool and Port Fairy, surrounded by beautiful green countryside, walking distance to Tower Hill reserve and a short drive to the hidden gem of Killarney beach. The studio is a private apartment, semi attached to our home, Heathbrae, in peaceful gardens set on over 2 acres.

Shearer’s Cottage at Cambus Glen Highlands

Situated on our 170 acre farm “Cambus Glen” near the settlement of Framlingham in South-West Victoria, the Shearers’ Cottage is a fully renovated sheep shearers accommodation. The Scottish name “Cambus Glen” means valley where a twisting river passes - this refers to our 3km of Hopkins River frontage – Scottish because the farm is home to our small fold (or herd) of Highland Cattle.
