This magnificent two-bedrooms apartament is inside of a renovated building where traditional architectural elements had been conserved such as exposed wooden beams on its high ceiling and "ostionera" stones, typical from old city of Cádiz. Upon entering the apartment, we have access to the spacious and bright living room, furnished with high-quality furniture and design elements, with a modern fully equipped open kitchen. Both sides of the living room we find the two independent bedrooms, both have completed en suite bathrooms with shower, double beds wich measures are 1.80 x 2.00 and integranted Tv. One of them also has a reading table. The whole apartament is exterior with four balconies facing General Luque street, which is few metres away from the most famous comercial streets in Cádiz, like San Francisco and Culumela and steps away from the main monuments and atractions of Cádiz historic centre. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Apartamento amplios, cómodos y bien equipados. Apartamento muy alegre y luminoso con grandes ventanales a C/ Sacramento. Dispone de dormitorio independiente con cama de matrimonio 150x200 cm y armario empotrado en el interior de la habitación. Sala de estar equipada con TV pantalla plana, sofá cama amplió para 2 personas y se prolonga al fondo hacia una amplia cocina perfectamente equipada con menaje y electrodomésticos que harán que se encuentre como en su casa. Al fondo tenemos un cuarto de baño con ducha. La cocina cuenta con vitrocerámica de dos fuegos y campana de extracción de humos, horno microondas, tostador de pan, cafetera, frigorífico congelador y lavadora. Además, tiene todo el menaje y utensilios necesario para poder organizar comidas en casa. Baño completo con ducha y equipado con secador de pelo. El Apartamento está climatizado con equipo centralizado, pudiendo modificar su temperatura de confort mediante sistema de rejillas Airzone.

Apartamento Loft en pleno centro del casco antiguo de Cádiz. A un paseo de todos los centros de interés. Ideal para parejas o cuatro personas. Con todas las comodidades. Aire acondicionado, Wifi, TV Led (2), cocina con lavavajillas, horno, inducción, lavadora, etc. Máximas calidades. Cuarto de baño espectacular. Dos amplias camas de matrimonio, una de ellas a diferente altura y todo en un espacio diáfano. Ver fotos. No creo que encuentres nada mejor situado y de mejor relación calidad/precio.

This 2nd-floor apartment is situated in a newly refurbished 19th century house, which is located only 3 minutes either from the cathedral or from the central market. Everything in the historic centre of Cadiz is within a footwalk distance away from the apartment. The building is located in a pedestrian area and therefore quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms open to a patio of a 18th century convent and are even more quiet. From the roof-top you have a marvelous view over the atlantic ocean.

Según se entra en la finca se ve la esencia de Cádiz con el típico patio de vecinos , situado en un segundo piso sin ascensor,llegas al apartamento en el que espero y deseo puedas disfrutar de la maravillosa ciudad de Cádiz, sin coger el coche paseando por sus calles peatonales .Al ser interior es muy tranquilo para descansar .

El apartamento esta situado en el centro histórico, ideal para conocer todo el casco antiguo paseando, cercano a la Catedral, Torre Tavira, barrios más populares y numerosos restaurantes y bares de tapas de gastronomía gaditana, al lado podéis comprar churros típicos recién hechos y degustarlos en las cafeterías cercanas. A 5minutos de la playa de la caleta con las mejores puestas de sol. Es una zona inmejorable para pasar unos días o unas vacaciones en esta maravillosa ciudad.

Beautiful loft with all you need private

It is a separate space, a loft, private with key, in a historic old building, completely renovated. Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.

Si quieres conocer bien mi ciudad, Cádiz, estás en el apartamento perfecto ya que está situado en pleno centro histórico y podrás hacer todas las visitas a pie, aparca tu coche y descansa. En los alrededores, a menos de 5 min. tienes interesantes Monumentos , Plazas e Iglesias y a 10 min la famosa playa de La Caleta. La casa tiene mucha luz natural y tranquilidad, ideal para el descanso. En la terraza puedes tener unas estupendas veladas!!!!
