The ideal type of guest for our guest suite are students, travel health care workers or other types of processionals that travel for work. Street parking only. Suite is furnished as shown with ample room for storage in cabinetry and closet. Coolest “Car Cave” Studio+Loft+Nice Private Yard

This unique place is on a dirt alley. It’s past owner turned it into a really cool “man cave”; he even left the big doors so he could live with his motorcycles! We obtained it, did some updating and it turned out fun! I changed out “man for car” because, well, that’s what it is. Plus ladies love it too. It’s really best for 1 person, a couple or even 3 or 4 friends or siblings that dont mind limited privacy (and parking) or climbing the steep ladder up to loft where there’s 2 more double beds.

Quant, lock off one bedroom guest suite in beautiful neighborhood in Merced! -Separate entrance - Entire suite - 1 bed 1 bath with a living room, kitchen and a laundry room - Beautifully decorated - Clean and cozy The guest suite shares 2 common walls with the main house which are not soundproofed. You may hear the sounds from the main house, we have a sound machine in the bedroom to help block it, but not sure about the result. Please do not book this place if that bothers you. Thank you! :)
