The cottage is well equipped, clean, newly built and is in a quiet area for a great night's rest. Visit wineries, surrounding historic towns, Shaver Lake, Yosemite. Located at the center of California, it's an ideal place for your continued travels towards National Parks, beaches, and larger cities.

This one bedroom, one bath cottage is in a desirable area of Merced. You'll have park views and easy access to walk/bike paths that follow a winding creek. . You'll be walking distance to Amtrak, city bus stop, downtown restaurants, businesses and entertainment. Mercy Medical Center and the junior college are just a five minutes drive away. UCMerced is a quick 15 minute drive. Day trips to the bay area and coast (2-3 hours drive), Yosemite and Gold Country foothills (45-90 minutes drive).

Welcome to “Robertson Villa” our newly renovated Cottage that we are now offering for rent to our Airbnb friends. The Cottage has two bedrooms. They each have a queen bed, a 40” television with DirecTV and a desk with chair. The living room has two couches that make into two double beds and a 65” television with DirecTV & DVD player. The Cottage includes a full kitchen with range, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, cookware, tableware and a Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of coffees.

There is no smoking on premise. We do not accept local stays.
